Yes! Professional and Enterprise subscribers can use our batch generation feature to create multiple QR codes at once. You can upload a CSV file with your data and generate hundreds of QR codes in minutes.
QR codes themselves cannot be edited once generated, as the pattern is directly based on the encoded data. However, if you created a dynamic QR code (Pro/Enterprise feature), you can change where it redirects without changing the QR code itself.
Error correction allows QR codes to be read even if partially damaged or obscured. We offer four levels:
L (Low): ~7% recovery - Use for digital displays
M (Medium): ~15% recovery - General purpose
Q (Quartile): ~25% recovery - Good for print
H (High): ~30% recovery - Best for logos/branding
Higher error correction allows for more damage tolerance but makes the QR code more complex.
Common reasons why QR codes fail to scan:
Too small - QR codes should be at least 2cm x 2cm when printed
Low contrast - Ensure dark pattern on light background
Poor print quality - Use high-resolution images
Incorrect error correction for amount of data
Damage or obstruction
Try generating a new QR code with higher error correction or larger size.
The maximum capacity depends on the data type and error correction level:
Numeric: Up to 7,089 characters
Alphanumeric: Up to 4,296 characters
Binary: Up to 2,953 bytes
For best results, we recommend keeping URLs under 300 characters and using URL shorteners for longer links.
Yes, once generated, QR codes are permanent. The actual QR code pattern won't expire or change.
